Plein Air Painiting Competition

The 2nd Annual Summerfest Arts Faire Plein Air Paint Out will take place June 9th - 11th in Logan, Utah. Registration will take place Monday June 11th from 8a.m. - 12 noon in the parish hall of St. John's Episcopal Church located at 85 East 100 North (immedately adjacent to the Summerfest grounds) in Logan, Utah.

Registration fees: $40.00 (18 and over. Those under 18 are free).
Open Registration (no pre-registration required).

Completed works must be returned to the same location on Wednesday June 11th between 8a.m. and 10a.m. Paintings must be returned ready to hang.

All works that are turned in will be judged by a three member panel of judges prior to 6 p.m. on Wednesday June 11th. Cash awrds will be as follows:

An Invitation only "Preview reception" and silent auction will take place at the awards ceremony begining at 6p.m. on Wednesday June 11th at the Episcopal church. All works not sold at this event will be moved the following day to a sale site located on the grounds of the Summerfest arts faire event and be offered for sale (via written bid) to the general public. Works will remain on display and for sale until 8p.m. Saturday June 14th. Summerfest Arts Faire will take a twenty-five percent commission of the sales price of each work sold.
