About the Artist

Americana musician Kate MacLeod is said to sound as pure as a mountain stream, and while she is a resident of Utah, she tours the country and into Europe. An award-winning songwriter and fiddle player, her music is performed and recorded by other artists from California to the Czech Republic. At Summerfest, Kate will be performing original songs and instrumental pieces inspired by the Utah region with the band Otter Creek.
