My work is inspired by the wild lands that I spend time exploring. Each piece that I make is wheel-thrown with cone five electric clay. I use two different clay bodies to provide depth to the glazes I use. All of the scenes on my work are hand-carved and individually painted, no stamps or stencils are used and I do not have an assistant. My studio is located in a hyrdo-electric power plant in Little Cottonwood Canyon, Utah. All of my work is created with reusable energy.
