June 14-16 10 a.m.-8 p.m.: Artist/Exhibitor hours
June 14-16, 10 a.m. - 10 p.m.: Summerfest Arts Faire open hours
June 16, 8 p.m. - 11 p.m.: Clean up and check out

Please note: artists must be cleaned up and off the grounds NO LATER than 11:50 p.m. on June 16. This is strictly enforced.

GENERAL INFORMATION

Summerfest takes place at 50 N Main, Logan Tabernacle grounds.
Summerfest does not supply booth canopies, only booth space. Canopies must be white.
No tarps or plastic sheeting may be placed under booths. If you must have something on the ground it must be breathable, woven mat. Plastic tubs must be raised above grass (set on pieces of wood, or tables) All booths are on grass.
Summerfest is a FAMILY- Oriented Event. Erotic, graphic and/or violent images may not be displayed or sold. On-site representatives will be enforcing this policy throughout the festival.
All exhibited art must be hand-made by the exhibiting artist. No mass produced items allowed, except prints or items originally designed and created by the artist.
Exhibitors may park around Tabernacle Square when setting up on June 13 and when taking down on June 16 after 8 PM. Artist/Exhibitor parking is not allowed around Tabernacle square during Summerfest June 14-16. This is strictly enforced. There is truck/trailer parking available at Logan High School 2 blks away 120 W 100 S.
A hospitality area for exhibitors only (no family members please) with snacks and water. Open from noon until 8 PM June 14-16 at St. John's Church, 85 E 100 N. Must have exhibitor ID to be allowed in.
Volunteers are available during Summerfest hours for booth sitting and help with set up. Please contact us if you need these services. Volunteer coordinator phone number is: (435) 553-5995.
